The following morning Cubby took the four big kids (along with other Aunts, Uncles, and cousins) up to Minnetonka Cave. This time, it wasn't a "holiday" weekend and they got their tickets early enough that they only had to wait an hour or so (which gave them enough time to eat lunch beforehand too). Based on our previous hiking experience with Britta, I opted to skip the caves and stay home so she could rest and just play at the cabin. Cubby took all of the pictures you see in this post and so I'm not exactly sure how to describe the pictures inside the cave, other than the typical stalactite, stalagmite stuff. Here are a couple of shots of the kids hanging out while waiting to enter the cave.
